So It's august 3rd and Winnipeg has so far had a hot and beautiful mosquito free summer. (suck it, Edmonton)
It's 9PM the sun is setting and I look up in the sky.. hundreds of dragonflies two meters overhead skittering one way and the next.
Has anyone nominated Taz Stuart for the Order of Canada yet?

Katz finally comes through on the 2004 election promise to eliminate mosquitoes!
No mosquitos outside the city either. It is not Taz Stuart but weather. Cold spring but plus hot, dry summer equals no bugs.
Attn Taz: Breed more dragonflies!!!!!!
It's only a matter of time before dragon flies mutate into flesh-eating predators. We should proactively kill them all before it's too late.
